memory usage per process

    We have some memory problems, but we have only a global view on the memory. It would be really great to be able to find which process takes what amount of memory on an AIX 6.1 box.

    There is nmon, and also ps... but with all the options I never quite figure out what are the exact columns and options to have that kind of information.

    Again, most probably I have all the tools within my hand, but I don't have a clear view on how to use them for that particular need.

    svmon -U for users.

    First though, if you want more assistance, I would suggest you describe how you know you have a memory problem. If the answer is 'all of memory is used' then you might not have a problem.
