Was there any particular error in docker log?
Can you retry the steps again?
Open the labels-it.json (original one or OOTB one), go to end of the file, append your language details before curly bracket.

Now try to publish again.

Hi Biswa,
You can go to this path to add additional language support for custom fields.
Go to your MAF workspace and for TECHMOBILE application , go to this path - TECHMOBILE\public\i18n
You will see multiple files listed there for each language. Please add your custom field details in the desired language file, then publish the application.
It will work. Hope this helps.

Hello Team - In Our current project we are using Maximo Mobile 8.11 version. We can see out of the box fields based on the languages (language selected English, non-English) but custom fields are showing only English in the Maximo Mobile desktop application and IPAD also.
