Mobile performance is often related to data being pulled via the REST API. Since you're interested in the web version, open developer tools and analyze the network requests being made to see which API requests are taking the longest and try to optimize them.
Depending on your exact patch level of 8.10, we made a series of changes to improve performance in TECHMOBILE recently. I would also try and make sure you're running the latest IFIX (or if MAS, latest version of Manage) to see if it's not an issue we already resolved.

We have noticed that few times those Blue button like Start timer, stop timer, start work takes longer time to load. it will keep showing the loading circle in blue color. then if you refresh the whole page, then next time it will load fine.
Any one has done something to improve the maximo mobile performance in RBA mobile apps?
