  • 1.  MAS 9.1 Mobile RBA (Role based application) app not loading after save/publish

    Hey Guys, 

    When we make any label or graphite element related change in OOB mobile config application in MAS 9.1, OOB role-based app stops working. It doesn't throw any error but on browser app keeps loading and spinning, doesn't load eventually. 

    Anyone facing similar issue? Would appreciate support with this issue. Thanks.

    I haven't worked on MAS 9.1 but never had such issue with Maximo Mobile 9 or the lower versions.

    Could you elaborate what changes you made? Did you check the browser dev tools console logs to see if there is any error?

    Hi, 

    MAS 9.1, open Technician app in Config application, perform any label change or any graphite related change in main app.xml file. Save the changes and perform publish. Publish operation displays as successful, but when trying to load role-based app. It keeps spinning, doesn't load.  Nothing specific found in Config POD. 

    Below log found while inspecting on developer's tool. Although file index-BDfBlvEf.css exist at destination. 

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
