  • 1.  MAS 9.1 - in Maximo Mobile device, support data is not loading.

    Hi, 

    In MAS 9.1 version, When logged in Mobile device, supporting data doesn't load and throws below error. 

    Supporting data

    Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toUpperCase')

    Anyone faced similar issue?

    I would recommend to review the mobile log files for additional information. Please do enable "Enable debug logging" option before collecting the log files

    I'd check out your mobile schema (open a new tab after authenticating and hit /maximo/oslc/graphite/mobile/schema). Likely you have some sort of error and that would be visible at the bottom of the schema.
