MAF can duplicate applicaton using docker MAF tool but do not see new MAF tool - see dup in desktop

    I am on MAF 9.0.0 on maximo 7.6.1.3 and can duplicate application and see application in desktop and in maxapp and mafappdata.   I have restarted docker but am not able to see the new applications that I duplicated.   I have verified that my user is authorized to the new app same as it was the app that used to create it.  

    Any suggestion where to look for why duplicated apps are not in my dock MAF?
