    Dear Hasan

    Steve Will who is IBM i chief architect produces this kind of high level presentation for the past many years and the content varied according to what are in fashion. The latest one would has a lot to say about AI, for instance.  Since I retired from IBM in 2022, I do not have the latest one but you can Google with "ibm i steve will presentation"  or "ibm i intro presentation" or some variation of this to try your luck.  I have several old ones if you just want to cover basics without what are in vogue.

    I am just looking for a relatively  old presentation which covers the basics and the progress of IBM i from its inception till  may be upto recent past. The idea is to give the management a flavour of the object oriented technology and the robustness and reliability of the system.  If this is covered in more than one presentation , it is fine as I can still use the relevant charts from one or more presentations.

    Exactly what you want is here:  IBM i operating system

    Click on Review the roadmap.  Fill out the obligatory marketing form and then you'll get that presentation.  

    It gets updated.

    I recommend a few artifacts for you.  Each year I conduct a survey on the IBM i usage from around the globe.  We also have a great video with Steve will on YouTube talking to the history of AS/400 and how that became the foundation for IBM i.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbibbH7h144&t=27s

    We have also taken this longer 90 minute video and broke it up into shorter videos on youtube.
