Logistic regression model for my dissertation only testing some of the data

My dissertation is due in just over a week but I can't get my model to test every category of my data. When I've tried to test my regression model on new data, one of my 6 categories gets predicted results whilst the rest get blanks. I've switched up the order and even removed that one that gets the data but it doesn't matter it is only that one that gets predictions. I have three columns in my test data, one is categorical. This column has 6 different categories across my 6000 rows of data, there is no difference that should make it work whilst the rest doesn't, the other categories have the same numbered data as that working category. I'm really confused, can anyone help?

Most likely, that means that the unpredicted groups have a value for a categorical variable that was not present in the estimation data, so its effect can't be calculated.
