Do we have any workaround for this situation available? How to get the LMI console access back?
The command "tools connections" doesn't show the server listening on 443.
Please let me know what to do from here.

Could someone verify if this is only me who has this issue or if it's a bug.
- Download isva_10.0.3.1_20220216-2245.iso from Fix Central
- Install
- Login and accept the defaults. (no license is required to reproduce this)
- Go to system->ssl certificates and choose the lmi keystore.
- Create a new csr.
- Approve pending changes.
- lmi will restart and are now broken i.e you will not be able to login via the web console.
