Do you know if it is possible to output a listing of the scheduled reports of an instance, with for each report the list of recipients (send email)

There are some excellent third party tools that will do this for you - the one that I use is MotioPi, but there are others. There's a free version that I use to do exactly what you're looking for.

I use Motio PI in free version, no problem to list the scheduled reports but I do not see how to obtain the list of recipients of each report, can you explain to me how to do it?

It might depend on how you've structured Cognos. In my environment all of the scheduled reports are contained within jobs, so I can use Motio to extract all of the job steps and get the details from there.

There is also a filter in Motio for "Has Schedule" - that might give you the information you're after, but I've never used it
