After having to reinstall my whole MacBook after a failed update I can't seem to activate SPSS Statistics 25 anymore. Error message is: "Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses." Not sure what to do next, any suggestions?

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc...   need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. We accept Licensing only.

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.

You'll see this message if the retailer where you purchased Office didn't activate the product key at the point of sale. The product key must be activated by the retailer before you can use it.
