there seems to be failure of the License authorization file generator. (https://ibm.biz/LMT_license_request)

it is showing "An error occured, try again later" for couple of hours now.

Any workaround, or shall I keep trying ?

The error occurs due to exception between Flexera server and IBM w3ID SSO part.
The root cause is a recent cert chain modifications for Amazon root certificates used to sign License Generator website.

Two quick workarounds:
- use a URL which lies outside IBM w3ID:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/sites/default/files/inline-files/$FILE/form_0.html

- directly use License Generator URL :
https://tem.flexnetoperations.com/control/ibmt/generateActivationFile?productname=ibm_software&fname=ilmt_ops_user_name&lname=ilmt_ops_user_lastname&email=ilmt_ops_user@ibm.com&organization=

The Flexnet workaround works. I am able to genrate the license.

Can someone help with the resolution? One more thing i observed was - If i use my personal email, it let me generate the license file but not with my organization account. Also, the Flexnet link works if you paste the link with default values - ILMT OPs user and not when you replace the information with your information.

Indeed, it looks like that HCL added some filtering to those License authorization params.
Will let you know as soon as I get some insight into this,

There has been some changes in the generation of License Authorization file process (switchover to new site).
