I've got 16 licences for a classroom. The computers have windows 7. I want to upgrade them to windows 10 pro.

They are the same computers.

I already did that for one computer. I retrieved the lservrc file and paste in the SPSS directory, but the software don't see the licence. I tried with the licence wizard to paste the code to generate the file, but i have the same error.

However in the documentation, it is clearly written that i can copy the lservrc and paste to the same computer. This step allow you to avoid licensing the product a second time.

What am i doing wrong ?

Support Memberérez​ This procedure will work only if the lock code of the particular computer has not changed. In your case it must have changed and it is not working. You should be able to activate the software with the shorter 20 digit authorisation code. If this does not work, please open a case as described below.
