if you look in the licence file you will find an element “ExpirationDate” - this will tell you when the licence expires/expired.
As you mention having a 90 day licence for Tamino 2.3.1.4, and we have been shipping Tamino 3.1 since December last year, I wouldn’t be surprised if the 90 days have passed!
You should either download or order a new Tamino from http://www.xmlstarterkit.com.
This will be a Tamino 3.1 version, and will come with a new licence file.
