We are able to successfully create user defined KPIs. But we are unable to create new system defined KPIs. While creating Rules, we are able to create rules that send alerts properly based on system defined KPIs. But we are unable to create rules that will send alerts properly with user defined KPIs. So we need either the capability to define new system defined KPIs or the capability to create rules that will send alerts with user defined KPIs. Any help will be appreciated.

You have two options to define the rules for desired KPI.

You can click on create rule on the defined KPI Instance View or navigating to Analytis → Rule → Rule List and click on “Create Rule”
