KEEPING a LIST SCROLLED to the BOTTOM?

    Is there a way to ensure that a control (be it a LISTBOX or a SCROLLING PANEL) is always scrolled to the bottom?

    I’m looking for it to behave like a chat window.

    I’ve tried “selecting” specific rows in my listbox but that has no bearing on the scroll position.
