  • 1.  JDBC Adapter Notification

    Hi,

    I am using insert jdbc adapter notification. When I insert the data into data base, I can see data is coming in buffer table but document is not getting published. I am usinh JMS and universal messaging.

    Can someone please help on this.

    Are the notifications/triggers are in enabled state with satisfied criteria? Do you see any errors in the IS logs?

    Also troubleshoot this with your IS/UM admin team as well.

    Did you check with your admins on the setup’s? Also if the issue still persists raise a ticket with SAG support for more close troubleshooting.
