    Hi Team,

    When am trying to edit processing rule from MWS getting bellow Error.

    java.rmi.RemoteException: HTTP error response

    Please let me know how to proceed.

    Hi Vishnu,

    are there any details in the IS server.log or the MWS full…log related to this?
    which wM version are you using?
    Are there any Fixes applied to TN, MWS, TN Portal?

    Hi Holger,

    These are the server logs am getting in IS

    [ISS.0053.0002C] Access denied for user Administrator on port 5555 → ‘soap/rpc’ from ip address
    ISS.0012.0012W] Authentication of user “Administrator” failed with exception: Login Failure: all modules ignored.

    am using 9.12 no fixes applied

    Please let me know how to configure.

    Hi Vishnu,

    Administrator user in IS and MWS must have the same password.

    In MWS under Administration → My webMethods → TN check if the server entry is configured correctly.
