We have a user that has a fresh install of RDI 9.5. When she either double clicks an RPGLE source name or right clicks and tell sit to open in the LPEX editor, the editor will not open. We have been unable to determine why the editor will not open.

I'm curious - why would you do a "fresh" install of a 3+ year old version of RDi? V9.6 with its 8 fix packs (so far) over the last 3 years offer a huge list of new and improved features. I am fairly certain 9.5 is not supported any longer. I would advise that you install the latest version from the trial download page - 9.6.0.8 at the moment. Install that and see if it works. Even if your problem is such that the latest release doesn't fix it, you'll at least have a supported version of RDi installed so you can get support for solving it. And she'll have a far superior version of RDi to work with - bonus!
