  • 1.  Issue installing AppStore Apps vie Maas360 Catalog App

    Hello,

    i see an issue on all our macOS devices, the we cant install VPP purchased Appstore Apps (i.e. Microsoft To-Do)  from the Maas360 App catalog. 

    After clicking on the Install button by the App in the Catalog App the App remains at "Installing".

    The App also not appear at the Application Folder.
    Any help would be great.

    Do downloads from the app store outside of MaaS360 functionality perform as expected on the same devices?

    Hi Matt,

    yes it does. The App is installed after I get it from the Apple AppStore.

    The issue only affects AppStore Apps, Enterprise Apps uploaded via Maas360 Packager perform as expected.
