First thing is to get a support case out of the door - that enables our support people to look at your logs and data.
I would check if something went wrong in the ldap schema - then I would traverse through the service profile and account settings under ou=itim to see if there is some hint there....

I created a manual service and account has three fields with Syntax type - Directory String. Everything is perfect when I create account, but when I want to modify the account, i can`t mark or modify one of the fields. The three fields are the same type, READ-ON on modify is not marked. I don`t know that may be the problem.
