We’re continuously getting [ISC.0064.0027C] errors in our server logs of our API Gateway:

Internal Integration Server
2019-01-09 17:48:54 UTC [ISC.0064.0027C] 25 Requests are waiting (for an available connection) to be forwarded across Registration Port 6444 to an Internal Integration Server
2019-01-09 17:49:54 UTC [ISC.0064.0027C] 25 Requests are waiting (for an available connection) to be forwarded across Registration Port 6444 to an Internal Integration Server
2019-01-09 17:50:54 UTC [ISC.0064.0027C] 25 Requests are waiting (for an available connection) to be forwarded across Registration Port 6444 to an Internal Integration Server

We are using 10.1 version, any idea what needs to be configured to avoid this?

for that port 6444, check its Backlog settings, you may want to increase it.
