could you please suggest that is there any pulgin for APIConnect gateway scirpt in vscode. any documentation for apiconnect gatewayscirpt  , there is a lot of confusion  between gateway script in datapower and apiconnect. Kindly provide reference links if there are any.

There is no visual studio plugin that I'm aware of.  All of the DataPower modules are documented in the DataPower documentation.  All of the DataPower base modules are documented in https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datapower-gateway/10.5.0?topic=gatewayscript-apis.  This list of modules does include the API Connect apigw module, and also the context module (insure you're looking at the link on the child page for the API Gateway context).  I believe these are more of a reference guide to these modules and there are also examples of their use in the API Connect documentation at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.5.x_lts?topic=aplc-using-context-variables-in-gatewayscript-xslt-policies-datapower-api-gateway.  If you are writing new APIs for an API Gateway gateway, these links should be sufficient.  If you have migrated from a v5 environment, then for compatibility in the API Gateway there is also an apim module which the AMU migration utility would have used to allow your v5 GatewayScript code to run unchanged from the v5 gateway for which they were initially written.  The apim function signatures are like their v5 equivalents which are only documented to my knowledge in the API Connect documentation via examples at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.5.x_lts?topic=gatewayscript-code-examples.   Of course, if your gateway is a v5 compatible (v5c) gateway, then that same link for non API Gateway gateways would also apply.
