Is the T statistics for One Tailed the same as Two tailed t test?

  • 1.  Is the T statistics for One Tailed the same as Two tailed t test?

I am running a one tailed t test- and noticed the response for historical number: 17599. I wanted to follow up and clarify if the T statistic is the same across both one and two tailed tests?

I ran a paired samples t test- and want to check whether the T statistic, the cohen's d, confidence intervals, and group means are all the same for a one tailed as a two tailed test?

If no please advise how I can obtain the output for a one tailed test.
