    Given all the changes with Navigator and Case Manager since this plugin was released. Wondering if it is still supported and/or can be updated to support integration with MS Teams.

    I saw there is a profilePlugin is sametime related. Do you mean this plugin? If the feature for MS teams is required, it needs to be an enhancement raised to offering manager.
