    I have just one simple question about ILMT 9.x - is still supported by IBM ?

    ILMT 9.0.x is end of support as of end of September. The only release that is supported is ILMT 9.2.x.

    ILMT delivers an application update at every quarter and we are now at ILMT 9.2.21.

    When opening a support ticket for ILMT, IBM Support might require clients to upgrade their application level if reported issue might have been fixed or capability enhanced in newer application updates to remove reported symptoms or for other applicable reasons.

    Thanks for the response,

    After that I have two more questions, currently We have ILMT in version 9.2.19 and DB2 in version 10.5.

    We can't update ILMT to the newest version becouse that task is greyed out. We can't find why.

    Second question is about BigFix under ILMT - is supported by IBM or HCL Company for now ? Can We upgrade our current BigFix (version 9.5.7) to the newest version freely ?

    If you are using ILMT only the BigFix platform under ILMT the support channel is via IBM Support and IBM Support will be involving HCL as needed. I assume the IBM DB2 is shared across ILMT Server and BigFix Server too.

    BigFix v10 Server only supports IBM DB2 v11.5 GA level.

    IBM DB2 v11.5 GA is also supported by BigFix 9.5 Server but the minimum pre-req is Patch14 or later.

    As to why your ILMT upgrade fixlets are greyed-out I can't tell more.

    Referring to your observation that the upgrade fixlet is greyed out, note that every fixlet contains a set of conditions (so-called relevances), which determine if/when a particular fixlet can be run.

    Relevances usually check if prerequisites (OS type, patches, database level, disks space, etc.) are met or if there are any interfering processes running.

    If you find any fixlet as not relevant, then you need to check which condition is not met - see:
