Just recently installed and configured BigFix v9.5.14 and ILMT v9.2.21 on windows 2016 std. I need to roll-out bigfix clients to our servers so I can generate the PVU reports on ILMT for audit purposes. Is Asset Discovery part of ILMT or this is an add-on that needs to purchase?

If it's part of ILMT, how can it be enabled/activated?

ILMT and BigFix are separate applications - see:

ILMT reuses some features and functions provided by BigFix platform to collect hardware and software inventory information. If you install ILMT and BigFix for ILMT purposes, then you need to configure scanning as described in ILMT documentation chapter titled "Setting up scans to discover software and hardware inventory" - see:
