    I have several customers complaining about iPads going to the lock screen after 1-2 minutes of inactivity.  I have set the following:

    Allowed idle time before auto lock: 15 minutes

    Grace period for device lock: 4 hours.

     

    All ipads are new mini's running 14x

     

    Please advise.
