    Hi All,

    I am getting below error while executing JDBC Adapter service. Could you please help me.

    Error : [ART.117.4002] Adapter Runtime (Adapter Service): Unable to invoke adapter service mytest.adapter:reserverUnreserve.
    [ADA.1.316] Cannot execute the SQL statement “UNRESERVE_PRO( ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)”. "

    Abdullah,

    This usually happens if database is having long running sessions. You need to work with DBA to understand what queries are long running and also look at long running services from IS → Server → Service Usage. This will give you a fair idea on what services on wM are in limbo. You should work on getting the long running services issues resolved to avoid these issues in future.
