  • 1.  Integration Server and Developer Install Question

    Posted Fri February 09, 2007 09:54 AM

We are installing IS and Developer on a Windows 2003 server. Do you need to install the JDK and JVM on the server before installing webMethods, or does the install automatically install all that is needed?

You don’t mention which version of Integration Server you are installing, but if it is version 6.5 then the install process will automatically install a Sun 1.4.2 JRE for you.

JDK and JRE are installed, with the JRE reference set in the startup script (.bat and .sh).
