    I cant install the component by invoking the command

    installutil TaminoAPI.dll in the directory TaminoAPI4DotNET\lib

    is the installutil program inside the TaminoAPI4DotNet package when i downloaded it?

    Nope - it is part of the Microsoft .NET Framework.

    It typically isn’t in the PATH. On my system I find it under C:\WinNT\Microsoft.NET.

    No problem.

    Christine pointed out to me that the required environment can be reached using:

    Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003->
    Visual Studio .NET Tools->
    Visual Studio .NET 2003 Command Prompt

    if you have Visual Studio .NET 2003 installed.
