I downloaded a file which was supposed to install SPSS 28 (SSC64-bit_28.0.1.0Win_ML.exe), but when I try to run it, it says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

My Windows version is Win10 10.0.19042.1415 (2009) | Enterprise | x64 and I do have the necessary administrator privileges to run this file. Why is it not working?

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
