Hello folks, i am trying to install python3 on AIX 7.1 TL5 getting lot of error are dependencies, yum in also not getting installed. need urgent help.

Index of /aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/INSTALLP/ppc

i have update the rpm.rte 
root@:/home/AIXADML3 # lslpp -l |grep -i rpm.rte
rpm.rte 4.15.1.3 COMMITTED RPM Package Manager
rpm.rte 4.15.1.3 COMMITTED RPM Package Manager

downloaded the yum_bundle_v6.tar file from Index of /aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/ezinstall/ppc and trying to install it on AIX but getting below errors 
The following errors occurred during installation:
file /opt/freeware/64 from install of readline-6.1-2.ppc conflicts with file from package openssl-devel-0.9.7l-2.ppc
file /opt/freeware/64/lib from install of readline-6.1-2.ppc conflicts with file from package openssl-devel-0.9.7l-2.ppc
file /opt/freeware/64 from install of gdbm-1.8.3-5.ppc conflicts with file from package openssl-devel-0.9.7l-2.ppc
file /opt/freeware/64/lib from install of gdbm-1.8.3-5.ppc conflicts with file from package openssl-devel-0.9.7l-2.ppc

I want the cffi module pf python which can be used for Oracle Oracle Cloud Infrastructure CLI installation.

Please help if any one have an idea.
