    An example of an installation :

    $ id
    uid=202(sa) gid=1(staff)
    $ rolelist -e
    sa System Administrator
    so System Operator
    isso Information System Security Officer
    AccountAdmin User and Group Account Administration
    FSAdmin File System Administration
    SecPolicy Security Policy Administration
    SysBoot System Boot Administration
    SysConfig System Configuration Administration
    $
    $ rpm -iv --force zip_2_3_3_aix4_3_ppc.rpm
    failed to open /opt/freeware/packages/packages.rpm: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.

    error: cannot open /opt/freeware/packages/packages.rpm
