Thanks John for responding on my query,I already went into IBM link which you send, and it did not exactly see how Meters or type of Meters are created in Manage.
Actually, when i was working for a POC on MAS 8, at that i did not realize to test continuous meters and whatever i tested is on gauge assets and condition monitor testing.
Unfortunate i dont have MAS Monitor environment to test now. My goal is to send RUN METER readings from external system which is incremental type to Monitor and then back to Manage

Subject: Inquiry: Maximo MAS Monitor Support for Continuous Metering Readings
Hello Sai... I am sure you have already seen this link that describes the Monitor/Manage interfacing for meters:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/masv-and-l/maximo-manage/cd?topic=systems-iot-device-data-integration-overview
Where are you finding that there is an issue with Continuous meters? Not seeing where we are warned away from them.
Had this setup a version or two ago, but need to return attention to it in 9.1.
Certainly keep us informed as to your success!

Subject: Inquiry: Maximo MAS Monitor Support for Continuous Metering Readings
Hello IBM Maximo Community,
I am currently exploring the capabilities of Maximo MAS Monitor and have a question regarding its support for continuous meter readings. While I understand that Maximo MAS Monitor can handle gauge and characteristics?
Could you kindly share your expertise, best practices, or any relevant resources that could assist in this matter? I would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you!
