Hi,

I have installed Optimize for Infrastructure 8 on a windows 2003 machine.
All the components have been installed as services and once started keep running except Infrastructure Data Collector.

The Infrastructure Data Collector turns off roughly every 30 mins.
Any suggestions?

Also when I try to discover the one of the IS (Clustered on 2 different Unix machine) it fails. But discovering an un-clustered IS (running on the same Unix machine as the clustered) works fine.
Any Ideas?

This is because of license issue. Immediately after you start the InfraDC open the IS Admin page and check the License key.

I have a valid license key.
Every other service keeps running except for Infrastructure Data Collector. And after setting up monitoring on that service I have found that it is not every 1/2 hour, but randomly it keeps turning off.

When I looked at the keys earlier it looked fine. But looked further into the server logs and found that the service is shutting down because it could not find valid keys.
