Inbound/Outbound ACK not recognized

  • 1.  Inbound/Outbound ACK not recognized

    All the Inbound/Outbound ACK not recognized and is “unknown” doc type and unkown sender/receiver.

    But the transcation with main PIP are correctly identified and sent .

    How to make the ACK step also correctly identified and sent ?

    Anybody had similar issues ?
