    Hello,

    The product name is not set if the component does not have any product relation defined in the software catalog. The component is detected on its own.

    To resolve this issue, ensure that you have the latest version of License Metric Tool installed. If not, upgrade the License Metric Tool server to the latest version.

    If the problem persists, contact the relevant product team and ask them to register the product. You can use custom bundling to create a new relation as a temporary workaround. For more information, see: Assigning components to products.
