Importing Project properties using Deployer 7.1.2

    I am using Deployer 7.1.2 to build releases. In the user manual, it is mentioned that we can Import Project Propert file and also gives instructions to do the task. However, it does not indicate how to enable the Import option on Deployer tool. The version that I have has Export Project properties button only.
    Could someone please let me know how to get the Import Project properties option enabled? Am I missing someting in the installation? Are there are any privileges that I need to assign? I am logging in as Administrator.
