Importing of virtual service hangs in CentraSite

  • 1.  Importing of virtual service hangs in CentraSite

    Hi,

    I’m trying to import a virtual service from one environment to another in Centrasite, I have exported from one environment successfully but when i import after selecting the Organisation and Import as, it just hangs it does not finish.

    Please help if you know what could be causing it to hang.

    Hi Tbos,
    which CentraSite version are we talking about? If it is CS 8.2, please have a look under /profiles/CTP/logs at the end of the file wrapper.log if you see any hint for the error, e.g. an exception being thrown.
