    Sorry, I don't understand your question. Are you saying that you know the optimal solution but CPLEX cannot find it? Or are you saying that CPLEX returns a non-optimal solution and claims it is optimal?

    CPLEX will always translate IloAbs into an equivalent formulation that can be handled by a MIP solver. So the problem CPLEX solves will be equivalent to the problem you stated.
