Duplicate LPAR IDS

Issue is the FQDN name for both (Prod) and (HA) are same. But the IP and Hardware are different. Due to which ILMT is not importing duplicate LPAR ids. Need support from ILMT to resolve

Unfortunately, the initial problem description provided by you is too general. Note ILMT identifies computers _not_ based on hostname or IP, but based on the unique number obtained from BigFix platform - it is so-called BigFix computer ID. You may preview it easily in BigFix console - just go to the "Computers" section, right-click on any column header and from the list displayed add the "ID" column. Are you sure both partitions have BigFix client installed which successfully reaches its BigFix server through firewalls and/or proxies in your organization?

Hi Team,

Jayanthi is about importing from disconnected servers. Which cannot be reached through firewall. Can you suggest any other solution for this issue?
