    Please help me in understading the below ifmodule directives in detail if possible with a scenario
    IfModule worker.c>
    ThreadLimit         25
    ServerLimit         64
    StartServers         2
    MaxClients         600
    MinSpareThreads     25
    MaxSpareThreads     75
    ThreadsPerChild     25
    MaxRequestsPerChild  0
    </IfModule>
