The IPL throws this message when starting up mainframe. I am not too familiar with how things work with mainframe other than to follow the guide to start the vm. Any help regarding this issue will be very helpful. I tried '01,D' with no success.

This abend indicates a problem with the MASTER address space during IPL. Without looking at the dump I can't say for sure what the exact problem is, however, this is a VERY unusual error and one I have not seen before with RDz-UT or RD&T. I would guess you probably have an issue with one or more of your system volumes. My recommendation would be to go back to the media and unzip the system volumes and reinstall. Make sure to follow the guidelines in the redbook that describe this process.
