IDE Exception Handler has encountered a problem

    "IDE Exception Handler has encountered a problem. An internal error has occurred. No more handles"

    When i pressed ok button on the error dialog Cplex software close it selfs. Two different computer gives the same error with same problem.

     

    Any idea what couse this problem????
