    Hi,
    I want to create a X12 850 (IDATA values). Initially, I am getting the record structure from the database. Which steps I have to take so that I have an EDI document.

    Anyone please guide me step by step.

    Can you elobarate some more info what you are trying to accomplish?

    And EDI 850 (Idata values) will be created once you do mapping (ex:xml to EDI ie some Source document(xml,idoc,cannonical) to Target (in your case EDI).
