I am currently an AIX lead who is supporting the VIO servers for our enterprise's IBMi partitions. I am looking for some good educational resources that could make me more familiar with IBMi and its operations. I may have an opportunity to start working on the IBMi platform and wanted to make the learning curve less steep should that become a reality.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
