Off to the right of the link Cadario sent is a 'share your feedback' link. You can click on that and request they update the website to list whether or not they support Windows 11. I've done a lot of these feedbacks lately and I've been amazed at the speed in which they update the website. Often the same day.
Much better than the days when the feedback went as email to
webmaster@ibm.com and was treated as spam with an autoresponse on how to apply as a vendor to IBM figuring you were spamming them and trying to sell them something.

Subject: IBM SPT on Windows 11?
Hello Carlo,
I've looked for information. At this link https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-system-planning-tool-power-processor-based-systems-1 no direct informations about windows 11 support. Maybe you can write to sptsuppo@in.ibm.com

Quick question: Will upgrading to Windows 11 have any effect on the IBM System Planning Tool?
