The downloads became available on Tuesday for all currently supported platforms except Windows (expected in a couple of weeks). HQ should also be available. You will find the IBM download link in Carlton's slide deck from the WAIUG meeting last week, which I believe Bruce will be uploading later today or tomorrow.

In the meantime, you should be able to find HQ on the HCL download pages. Like Informix HQ is also now in sync between the two sources.
