    The question is:
    On a power 10 with IBM i 7.4. Is there a way to create a client partition and install IBMi 7.2 on it?

    I've been doing some checking.  This is not to be taken as a definitive answer but here is what I've seen:

    IBM i hosting, and VIOS as well, are only ways to provide IO
    virtualization. They do not play any role for CPU and memory topics, so
    the LPAR will run with CPU's server model and this mapping applies:
